The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of business to business sales experience and a proven track record of performance. Experience in executive search is helpful.

We also seek Associate Search Consultants. This is a salary and bonus position and leads to the position of Search Consultant. We will consider recent college graduates with a Marketing, Human Resource, or Communications degree, although 1+ year of business experience is desirable.
