Craig co-founded The Millard Group in 1996. He leads the company's
Networking and Communications Practice, which serves such market
segments as infrastructure networking, internet infrastructure, network
management, optical, wireless, messaging security, security and storage
networking.
Craig has finished every year of his career as one of the industry"s
top executive search consultants and has received numerous honors for
providing unparalleled search services.
Craig leads a team of highly skilled search consultants and researchers
who have developed a nationwide reputation for being results driven.
They boast a portfolio of the most bleeding edge, high growth,
venture-backed start-ups as well as some of the industry's leading
public companies.
His team has completed search assignments for such companies as 3Com,
Alteon WebSystems (acquired by Nortel), CacheFlow (BlueCoat Systems),
Foundry Networks, Juniper Networks, Network Associates, Packeteer,
WatchGuard Technologies, Xircom (acquired by Intel), Juniper Networks,
IronPort Systems, Riverbed Technology and Fortinet.
Prior to co-founding The Millard Group, Craig worked for a New
York-based search firm, Brandon Becker Associates, where he pioneered a
high-tech search practice aimed at the fast growing networking sector.
From 1990 to 1995, he filled key executive positions and built the
sales organizations for companies like 3Com, Allied Telesyn, Banyan
Systems, Bay Networks, FTP Software, IBM, Megahertz, NEC America,
NetManage, Rockwell Network Systems,
Shiva, US Robotics, and Watermark Software. Craig his wife Kristin live
in Central Connecticut with their three children. He graduated from
Cortland State University in New York with a Bachelors of Science in
Sports Management.
