Darlene derives her recruiting experience from over a decade of working in retail management and human resources. Her ability to connect with people, positive attitude, and her love of self actualizing a candidate has made her a successful recruiter.
She started her career working with the Limited Brands advancing to a Regional Recruiting Manager with EXPRESS. In 2001 she transitioned into a similar role with MGA. Following a successful career with MGA she accepted a Human Resources position with Edible Arrangements filling numerous key positions.
Darlene is a Middletown, CT native. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Saint Joseph College. She enjoys staying active and spends her free time with her husband and two children participating in a variety of sports.
