Kate brings diverse sales and training experience to The Millard Group. She learned the importance of having a detailed understanding of a customers needs while working at Toll Brothers. She enjoys partnering with companies to properly diagnose their needs and she specializes in being able to bring in top talent. She is straight-forward, goal driven and detail oriented.
Kate relocated to CT from the Philadelphia area following her graduation from the University of Connecticut. She majored in Psychology and English with a strong science background. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, and remains active by hiking, jogging, and playing volleyball and golf.
