Kendra Cunningham joins The Millard Group after an extremely successful 6 year run as Senior Partner and Technology Practice Manager with Hobson Associates, a 32 year old Connecticut based privately held search firm. In the six years that she was there, Kendra was promoted four times and was the youngest Senior Partner in company history. She was consistently ranked in the top 3 out of the search executives and set a number of production records including highest first year production, largest first deal closed, two largest deals in company history and four of her six years there she was responsible for securing the largest clients within Hobson Associates. Previous to Hobson Associates, Kendra was an executive recruiter within a boutique firm in Ohio.

Kendra's area of expertise is primarily in the emerging technology sector where her client solutions have included enterprise software, CRM, SCM, eCRM, internet infrastructure, web services, content management, security and financial services applications. She's secured strategic hires for Acxiom Corporation, AMS, Broadvision, ATG, BEA, Watchfire, Evident Software, WebPlan, Embarcadero Technologies, Identify Software, BetweenMarkets, Vhayu Technolgies, etc...

She has been instrumental in securing top ranked CFO, CMO, VP of Sales, VP of Services for technology and biotech companies throughtout the country.

Kendra is a native Californian and attended Cal Poly University, SLO. She resides with her daughter in Connecticut.
