Lisa joined The Millard Group in 2005. Her prior 15 years of successful sales experience coupled with her desire to help match the best talent with the best opportunities, make a career in recruiting a natural fit. Lisa achieved Associate Partner status at TMG in less than 2 years; making history at TMG for achievement in record time. She continues to be a consistent top producer at TMG.
Lisa has solid experience building sales organizations from the ground up and top down. She is driven by her determination to exceed the goals and expectations of her clients and candidates. Their goals become her goals; she works closely together as 'partners' in the process. Most of her clients are small (VC backed) to mid-sized companies. She has strong vertical expertise in AEC (architectural, engineering, construction), Project Management, Asset Management, CAD, BIM, Geospatial, Mobility, Document Management and other related technology sectors.
Lisa graduated from Eastern State University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
