Paul co-founded The Millard Group in 1996. He leads the company’s
Enterprise Software Practice, which serves such market segments as
supply chain management, e-learning, enterprise resource, planning,
supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and
consulting.
Paul is one of the industry’s top national executive search consultants
and has received several honors throughout his career. He is a frequent
guest speaker at industry conferences.
Paul has built a team of industry leading recruiters and researchers
for the Enterprise Software Practice. The team has completed
search assignments for several premier enterprise software companies,
including Ariba, ChannelWave Software, PeopleSoft, PwC Consulting
(acquired by IBM Global Services), Red Pepper (acquired by PeopleSoft),
Surgency, THINQ Learning Solutions, and Think Systems (acquired by i2).
Paul started his executive search career in 1991 with a New York-based
search firm, Brandon Becker Associates, where he launched an enterprise
software practice that helped leaders like Computer
Sciences Corporation, IRI Logistics (acquired by Manugistics),
Numetrix, (acquired by J.D. Edwards), Promira (acquired by
Manugistics), and QAD build their organizations.
Paul graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.
