Joel has been with The Millard Group since 2012 following a 10 year career in the Medical Staffing industry, serving a variety of hospital and healthcare facilities. Joel has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of our Life Sciences and Utilities Software Practices. He has led a number of senior executive searches and individual contributor team build outs. Joel has experience hiring across many functional areas such as sales, marketing, product and consulting.
