Executive Recruiter
The Executive Recruiter builds an account base of client companies; helping them fill their critical positions by recruiting qualified candidates and manages both the client and candidate throughout the entire recruitment process with the goal of meeting or exceeding client needs while developing additional business and long lasting professional relationships. Competencies: communication, project management, consultation and relationship management.
Sales and Business Development
- Build account base within determined niche, and create plan for approach
- Engage client in conversation
- Determine match to TMG’s search capabilities
- Negotiate fee agreement
Recruiting – Sales and PR
- Create search plan, approach appropriate pool of candidates via calls/emails
- Engage and qualify candidates interest, background and cultural match
- Develop long lasting relationships
Recruitment Process Management – Client/Candidate
- Manage both client and qualified candidates through the interview process
- Coordinate interview logistics, prepare client/candidate as to appropriate interview strategies/techniques
- Negotiate offer between client and candidate
- Assist candidate with resignation/counteroffer obstacles
- Develop and foster client relationship daily and develop approach for additional search opportunities within client company
