Search Associate

The Search Associate recruits qualified candidates to fill client’s open critical positions and manages the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process with the goal of meeting client and candidate needs while building long lasting professional relationships. Competencies: communication, project management and relationship management.

Recruiting – Sales and PR

  • Create search plan, approach appropriate pool of candidates via calls/emails
  • Engage and qualify candidates interest, background and cultural match
  • Develop long lasting relationships

Recruitment Process Management – Candidate

  • Manage the qualified candidates through the interview process
  • Coordinate interview logistics, prepare candidate as to appropriate interview strategies/techniques
