Margo joined The Millard Group in 2021. She brings a decade of experience in career services. She started her career helping people land jobs during a nationwide recession, which cemented her mindset that no challenge is too big to tackle. Most recently, Margo was Director of a nationally ranked career center. She was drawn to the recruiting industry because of her love of helping people reach their highest career potential.
Margo prides herself on her ability to deliver white glove customer service to both candidates and clients. She enjoys finding the perfect talent match for each unique role and is excited to serve as an instrumental partner in building successful teams.
Food you can't live without: Give me all the spicy food and I'll be happy.
Dream trip: Thailand - exploring, sightseeing, and eating delicious Thai cuisine. Pure bliss.
Favorite band: Slipknot (surprise!), but I love all kinds of music. I'll go from Bjork to Frank Sinatra to..... you name it!
Personal motto: "Money earned dishonestly will do you no good." It's a quote my Dad shared with me when I was a kid. To me, it means integrity and hard work will always come back to you in positive ways.
