Sarah joined The Millard Group in 2014 as a Researcher, having previously work at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as an analyst and in the retail industry. She quickly moved up the ranks and became an Associate Partner in 2016.
As a member of the Software team, Sarah splits her time between the Executive practice and focusing on functional searches in Marketing and Product Management. She credits her success to listening to both her clients’ needs as well as her candidates’ career ambitions. Her goal is to find the perfect match between the two, while building long lasting relationships on both sides.
