Katje Foster

Katje joined The Millard Group following a 20+ year career in Human Resources with broad experience across recruitment, employment law, compensation, retention, and talent development.  She brings with her a depth of expertise in launching innovative programs and leading complex functions including strategic communication, project management and client relations.
