Business Development Executive

Scott joined The Millard Group in November 2024 after spending the past six plus years as a full desk recruiter focusing in the Life Science and Healthcare industries.

As a member of the Software team, Scott will be focusing exclusively on Business Development, returning to an industry where he enjoyed some of his most successful years. His beliefs are simple: Recruiting is about relationships over transactions. It is understanding client needs, listening to what they say, asking probing questions, and ultimately delivering great talent to help them achieve their goals. The goal is NOT the deal, but the ability to develop long lasting relationships built on honesty and trust to earn partner status. 

If he wasn't a recruiter he would be: Play-by-play man for the Chicago White Sox.
