Carol Baryenbruch

Carol joined The Millard Group in 2022. She has been recruiting since 2021.  She began her career in high-volume recruitment as a member of the Software team, she is focused on supporting the team with research, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and bringing candidates through the interview process.

Carol’s favorite part about recruiting is being able to speak with people of all backgrounds and levels of experience, working together with them to find their perfect opportunity. She continues learning every day and cultivating her skillset in order to grow and become the best resource she can to the team and the candidates she speaks to. She values any part she plays in helping others succeed.
