Meghan Taylor

Meghan joined The Millard Group in July of 2022 following graduation from The University of Rhode Island. She wishes to build lifelong skills here as she is beginning her professional career. She supports her team in anyway possible, from sourcing candidates to helping the interview process.

Meghan has passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Her favorite part of recruiting is exactly that. Being able to help people reach their goals in their careers is a massive reward that never goes unappreciated. She is looking forward to advancing each day to continue to help people get to where they want to be.
