Madeleine joined The Millard Group in a full-time capacity in 2023 after a few years of part-time work with the firm. She has grown up surrounded by search with her dad, uncle, and cousin all in the business.
Madeleine enjoys working hard to help clients hire top talent and loves meeting interesting candidates in the software space. Today she is supporting the entire software team by doing research, outreach, scheduling, and calls.
