Brent Tarver

Brent joined The Millard Group in February 2025, following 25 years of experience in Sales and Sales Leadership positions. He found his passion for recruiting after working for a company that is disrupting the way technical interviews are conducted and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition teams.

As a member of the software team, Brent focuses on Sales, Account Management, and Sales Engineering roles. Brent believes in a simple philosophy when it comes to recruiting: it’s understanding that cultural alignment is as strong as job qualifications. The goal is not just filling a placement or closing a deal, but developing long-lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates, built on trust and honesty.
